    Groceries, cooking gas, packaging and distribution for the Daily Food Seva. ₹40 covers one complete meal — cooked, packed and delivered to the hospital gate. ₹20,000 covers all 500 meals for one full day. The line-by-line cost sheet is published on our blog.

    Across FY 2024–25, 84 paise of every rupee went directly to programme delivery, 9 paise to supervision and food safety, and 7 paise to administration and fundraising. The full audited breakdown is on our Transparency page.

    Yes — every day, including Sundays and festivals. A food queue is only useful if it is predictable; people plan their day around us, so being absent or late is not a small failure.

    Monthly giving is set up through Razorpay Subscriptions using UPI AutoPay, a card mandate or e-NACH. You are charged on the same date each month and can pause or cancel in one click from any receipt email — no phone call, no retention script. ₹1,200 a month is one hot meal every day of the month.

    Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway. Card and UPI credentials never touch our servers — we store only a payment reference, the amount and your receipt details.

    Yes. If a donation was made in error, duplicated, or the amount was wrong, write to donations@givebharat.org within 15 days and we will refund it to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. If an 80G certificate was already issued, it is cancelled and reported.
